- Both clients and candidates must keep confidential information obtained during the recruitment process secure and not share it without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- TalentOrbix is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from employment decisions made by clients or candidates.
- We do not guarantee job offers, candidate acceptance, or specific hiring timelines.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
